CupriMit Copper

CupriMit delivers 2mg of copper per capsule in the form of copper bis-glycinate — an organic chelate in which copper is bound to two glycine molecules. This structure is designed for gentle digestion and efficient absorption in the small intestine, offering an alternative to less bioavailable inorganic copper salts such as copper sulfate or copper oxide.

Copper is a trace mineral your body cannot produce on its own, yet it's a required cofactor for several enzymes central to cellular health:

• Superoxide dismutase (SOD) — one of the body's primary antioxidant enzymes, converting harmful superoxide radicals into less reactive substances as part of the cellular defense system.
• Cytochrome c oxidase — a key enzyme in the mitochondrial respiratory chain, essential for converting nutrients into usable cellular energy.
• Lysyl oxidase — responsible for cross-linking collagen and elastin fibers, which maintains the structural integrity of connective tissue, skin, and blood vessels.
