ProbioMed™ Infant

ProbioMed™ Infant is a scientifically-formulated probiotic blend designed specifically for formula-fed infants and those unable to be breastfed.

This comprehensive formula delivers 5 billion colony-forming units (CFUs) of seven clinically-researched probiotic strains, including Bifidobacterium infantis, which is uniquely capable of utilizing human milk oligosaccharides as a primary food source and is considered the "champion colonizer of the infant's gut."

The formula includes human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), the third most abundant component of human breast milk after lactose and lipids, which play a significant role in shaping intestinal microbiota development and immune system maturation.

Studies show that infants receiving formula with HMOs have microbial composition closer to breastfed infants and require fewer antibiotics during their first year of life.

This product also contains an infant enzyme blend with protease, alpha-galactosidase, and lactase in amounts that emulate what naturally occurs in breast milk, supporting proper digestion of carbohydrates, proteins, and lactose that are critical for formula-fed infants.
